Also good luck to you and Sanya (I think it was) and any other expectees
Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end0 -
Hi everyone!
I've been lurking on this thread for a couple of weeks now and haven't been brave enough to post until now - but thought it was maybe time to join in a bit! If that's ok? *looks hopeful*
Firstly I just want to say a giant THANK YOU to everyone who posts on here, I'm relatively new to the glitching game but have managed to get a couple of the offers thanks to you guys - otherwise I wouldn't know where to start! I'm now the proud owner of 24 rolls of Plenty kitchen towels, 3 Toy Story Gift Bags, too many to count tins of Branston beans and 2 packs of illooms - which I LOVE!! :T( I did also manage to find what I thought was a 4p item but it scanned as seek assistance)
Also thank you again for a different reason, I have M.E. and have been particularly ill with it lately but every time I come and read this thread it really cheers me up because you are all awesome! So thank you all for brightening up my day!
I'm sorry though because this isn't just a hello, I was actually hoping (because you are all so lovely) that you might be able to help me with some ideas. You see, I recently saw an advert about paying £25 to send a hamper to an elderly person who's not going to receive any presents this christmas and thought what a lovely idea it was and so I've decided to make my own hampers to donate so they have a bit more of a personal feel.
Does anybody please have any ideas for cost-effective things that I could put in the hampers that the elderly people might like?
I'm not well enough to go out at the moment so I'm gathering up all my ideas before I attack the shops with my list in a hunt for bargains lol! TIABest 2014 Wins: A Wedding Planner! How am I supposed to remember it's 16 years ago since our 1st date today ? Was 16 years ago cant remember 16 weeks ago.
Set the scene, day job painter n decs, evening job working in off licence in Peckham. Meet wife, customer in offie, ask her for date, she refuses.
Didn't see her 2 weeks, then she comes into offie and chats away to SG. Sulked.
Week later she turn up and demands to know why didn't serve her cuz with booze, lol duh obvious to make her come back to shop
Ask for date again, she agreed, WOW :j erm guys if your reading this is how NOT to impress the lady.
Pick her up later than agreed, drive to West end for dinner, jump red light @ St Georges road and flash camera (collect 3 points muppet).
during day job had been working in Chelsea next to H&L hozi, found excellent Italian kitchen daily lunch £3, took wife there for dinner, my food excellent, her not even defrosted properly ( was thinking she going to leave soon).
Window shop in kings road, !!!!es down with rain, no brolli both get soaked.
Venture to Covent Garden, park car, to make up for terrible food take to Gerrard Street ( china town) food all good, wonder around regent st n oxford st until 2 am, try rem where parked car, spend another 1/12 trying to find car, get wife home 5 hours later than agreed
didn't hear from her for 3 weeks

Just wanted to let you know about a couple of new finds. Elastoplast Spray plaster 32.5ml rtc £1.58 b/c 8092 should be £6 odds
also Elastoplast invisible protection plasters, pack of 12 rtc 74p b/c 7832 usually about £4
Also, don't know if anyone has already mentioned it but utterly butterly is currently on BOGOF and you can use a moc for 30p off from the voucher thread for each one purchased, thus 2 packs for £1.20
Wine gummies were clearly marked up as 11 for £1 for both sized packs at my local. HTH0 -
Good evening guys
I've had a really rough week :(Sounds like there are many others having it hard with their health and the health of their loved ones too. Bloomin winter germs and such! I should probably be in hospital but am self medicating with steroids and painkillers and just trying to get through but I've got a docs app tomorrow so hopefully some antibiotics will help! What a complete disaster!
Sending get well wishes to everyone else feeling less than their best, including Beki's DD.
Was so sad to have missed that carrot cake!! Nom nom nom, that's my absolute favourite so I was gutted about that. Oh and the dtd turkey!!
Still no DM for me. (full price at local and couldn't hunt this week) Would be especially handy as I'm on my last 400g bar from DTD days! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Had to go out for milk today, really not well enough but needs must! I had my 3rd £4 off £20 spend at my local store running out today so it would have been rude not to use it! Picked up a 24 pack of Stella cans for £12 so they're still around...not on the main aisle I hasten to add, there wasn't even a gap for them so have a good look around. Got 4 Comfort Pure with the MOCs, milk and a box of go ahead yog breaks dtd. Pre discount total = £20.69 After (including dtd) = £11 :T
Now to just get better!!!! Thanks everyone as always, Fudge xx :A'There are people who have money and people who are rich' :heart2: Coco Chanel0 -

Remember folks that the Modern milk offer at Tesco (49p) free with the coupon
ends on the 29th November.
http://www.modernmilk.co.uk/coupon.jpg (pinched from the coupon thread)I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -
Is Harrogate still the only Tesco free town?
Also Bridgwater - Somerset, for quite a large town im really surprised that they don't have one there either.
Changing topic, i noticed the pictures of the balloons posted earlier, are they only certain packs going through cheaply? as scanner in local not working again, and each time i have been in lately it has been so busy that i haven't been able to get anywhere near the nice SA's that scan anything and everything for me.
I have seen loads of different packs, some with i think 10 in and others with five and all different designs, these would be absolutely fab to take on holiday with us to use when were sat on the beach on new years eve.
Any help identifying what to look for would be great.
