Well back from my trek and with b1g2f promos and vouchers got shop down from £70.50 to £20.86 :-) the cheeky monkey car t-shirts are 1p and there is a few in the Gr**sby store. also got last of the chocolate and 2 more cashew and 2 more mixed satay nuts..

p.s that was a trip to 2 asda stores a sainsburys and a tesco.

All this chat of how far would you go to seek bargains has had me checking the store locator. Was getting excited at seeing so many stores then realised express is not the same as extra DOH! Have now found the filter to show only extra's. Does anyone get much from R€ading W€st? Trying to decide where to go for xmas shopping trip. TIA

Good luck to all quitting smoking I gave up over 30 months ago using champix I know some people don't like them and you can't have them if you have had depression or heart problems, but the definitely worked for me and my o/h friends family and neighbours saw how easily we did it and 17 more quit (1 has since restarted)


Went into my local T's (teeny tiny store only has food no other depts) and a CS was telling the trolley boy to take about 40 of the Price Drop mags with the MOC's to the recycling bin as the front covers were damp, I asked him if I could have them, he was happy for me to take them , so now I have a "few" spare if anyone is in need of coupons

No SELs evident!

There are plenty of the coloured varieties (black, red, purple) with 3for2 offer SEL 3.50-4.00 but the clear ones are harder to find.

I had to search behind the coloured ones to get them!

ours is a similar trek for a basic store and the larger stores are nearly a 50 mile round trip. Should have said that dh thinks I am going mad going further afield and I just wondered if the majority of posters just had an extra on their doorstep or travelled further.

I think I am going to plan a child free and work free multi store day out. getting excited just at the thought of it
