just seen this on hukd
24 x 440ml Stella cans for 12.48 in Tesco express (£12 in superstores)0 -
Ok serious cooking question now. I got some whoopsied Jamie Oliver meatballs (35p for 12!) which I'm guessing from previous posts I could chomp into mince to cook as normal but I also got some diced beef which I would normally throw into a casserole (as the ex taught me). When I was re-packaging for the freezer I noticed the destructions said about rolling the beef in flour and cooking for a few minutes in a frying pan then putting into a casserole - why?
i cant cook  shocking i know but dont u have 2 fry all meat u cook in casserole?? or do u mean the flour bit in that case i ent a clue...Ignore reality. There's nothing you can do about it.

Oops. The ex told me to literally chuck everything in a casserole dish. He reckoned he was the next Gordon Ramsey (well he had the temper and foul mouth for it) but I'm doubting the cooking skills!0 -

I may be wrong but my mum told me it was because it helps lock in the moisture/juices and makes it nice and tender.Avatar courtesey of HC :beer:0 -

By anything of use, I presume u mean someones id?
Maybes because I have more integrity than they do? Maybe because rather than cause more problems, I'd prefer to take the grief myself so it all settles down? Maybe because what value would be naming them have, other than have the thread descend into another slanging match?
Like I said, I mostly posted to clear things up about Lovecrafting. That done, I'm off
Ohh, the cadburys deadheads are scanning at 1p a packet as well btw0 -
