I told her that i thought that they were misleading customers as they were all set out together and priced the same but she didnt care at all, she said either pick 3 the same or have a refund you havent been overcharged its your mistake!

I got a refund but told her i wanted it noted that i complained about them misleading customers and that how many other busy customers who havent checked their receipt with a fine tooth comb have they ripped off!

So in the space of a few posts tonight we have two Customer Services people who should not be doing that job even if they do it through gritted teeth they should act professionally & try & be pleasant :mad:

Re the Chuggington sets, I got two of the starter sets so there would be more track (still very small though) My sister got the 23 piece additional set for £3 (for me from her local Ts) but the track is completely different and can't be joined onto the starter set! I have written to the company to ask why it isn't clear on the box that they can't be intergrated.
Hels/y have the balloons in, left 12 on shelf. I thought they would have been cleared by the lurker that cleared the shelf (of 10) packs of the zebra pens on Saturday. DM scanning full price, nothing else of note to report.

I had to have a nose at the 1901 census to check Vashti is not a typo is it a West Country first name I've never heard of it?

What a con! How can it be a "starter" set if it can't be extended? Am interested in their excuse.

They do that a lot with Thomas the Tank Engine toys too. You have to be careful that you buy the same stuff.
