Certainly is, right now we pay 130 which is loads as it is but we budgeted for it. That price isn't taking into account the accident from the other day as we were told not to include it until fault is settled so god help us next year
That is huge. I have only just recently passed my test my quotes were coming out at about £850 a year on my own policy.Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

I send 5 boxes a week to my hubby, friends, family so they have a constant supply of contact from me and my daughter. Some are filled to the rim with daft pictures, some a mixture of sweeties toiletries etc, and some are crazy stuff like Xmas decs, fancy dress and basically crap! Anything is better than zilch. The chocolate situation is not so much of a problem now as it's cooling down a lot over there. So remember to send those thermals if you see them cheap. As for Xmas presents, we have made a desk top calendar with photos and it's the rip a day away each day type. Helps with morale knowing they are getting closer to r&r, (mines also in feb Bailey) also I seen a mr grumpy notepad and pen in t's which I have included along with silly bits and also a bop it extreme game thing! Can you imagine the lads all trying to beat each other at it! This is the type of prezzie you want. Or DVDs, magazines, etc etc.
I have not heard my husbands voice nor seen him for near to 3 months, although I do get one facebook inbox a week saying literally, hi, I'm fine, missing you, because the Internet access is so dire and slow, and so many lads are to use the one computer between them, so this is the agreement they all have. So I feel your pain with the lack of contact. I have also got to say that op minimize is unfortunately at the moment a daily occurrence so all net phone etc is shut down. Maybe this is why there has been no contact?
As for the lady who mentioned Christmas crackers, fine. But do not send the "snap".remove it and write on the box that it's removed. Do not send aerosols and do not send anything with nakedness on it! Not even of yourself, calendars, page 3, nothing. You do, your parcel will be returned.
Now I must mention the lady who sent alcohol to her fella who was fighting in a war zone, in charge of a gun, and was protecting the !!!! of his fellow comrades. Utter madness. Unless he's a alcoholic, and if he was he wouldn't of been deployed, then we can all live without a drink for the duration of a tour. Why risk it? We have rules, briefings and what not to protect our lads and lasses, and if anything was to happen to him whilst under the influence, then you only have yourself to blame, harsh, but you were the one sending it.
Bailey I hope he's in touch soon, and I hope you and yours have a fantastic Xmas. I pray his r&r date flys by for you. X
Now artha, any bargains todayxx
Nothing major from me today I'm afraid. Picked up a few more plenty rolls on my early shop in Stockton at £1.84. Couldn't see any Sally dolls. No technica camera bags (earlier post). Aisles are still being rearranged in Stockton, the bargain aisle that never contains any bargains(it's just an overflow from other shelves so I've been told;))was being cleared this morning to make way for nappys.
Did get a small accidental DTD (my halo is still intact for the benefit of others;)) on Fairy non bio color capsules that OH tends to buy. Normally £5.99 for 20 wash capsules, purple lid. Saw the sel for £4 and I had a £1 off voucher from coupon thread so thought I would get some. Charged £5.99. Young CSA asked me to show me where they were. They saw the SEL and agreed it was the right product but couldn't do the refund and had to wait for a more senior SA. SEL was not removed. Got £3.98 refund. Only my 3rd DTD in 5 years:rotfl:Awaiting a new sig0 -

Find it too much of a faff these days so I tend to stick to the printable money off coupons instead.
Afternoon everyone, well done Nikki for staying off the cigs, its not easy but I'm two years down the line from you & it is soooo worth it in the long run! Its the whole freedom from it that is so liberating! Huge pat on the back & don't let your guard down.
I've always used mine at SS and I've never had the receipt to go with it.0 -

Well, i have eventually caught up - after reading 20+ pages... i realised that all i was reading was arguments, bickering and generally peoples views on random !!!!.
No new glitches whatsoever. No happy, funny, interesting posts, no cheer up posts or anything like what this thread used to be like, only a few months ago....
has anyone else noticed that all the 'old/original' MSEers posters seem to have vanished.. there is only a select few that still post on here nowadays..... i can guarantee that this is because of all the !!!! that is happening on here lately....
.....
Edit. Please only "Like" this post if you agree. (The 4 likes already marked excluded)I miss too many pages due to work so if you need an answer from me, please send me a PM.

Have you tried shopping around? We previously had my future father in law on the policy but he got a speeding fine so we had to remove him, which put it up, then the fact insurance prices have gone up in general
Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end0 -
To be honest, I am neither an old or original poster to these threads but have offered some input but find the pace too much with 90% being WAY OFF TOPIC. I would like to see a new thread that focused on the glitches and discussion of the glitches only. No jokes (sorry HC), no random pictures (sorry Karlie).0

I know about thread 12, but 11+ started out great, being able to discuss the glitches and DTD's without getting told off "no discussion!). 11+ and the elite was a great place to come without it being strict, but lately it has become so hard to keep up, especially those (i am one) that keep up to date on a smartphone - it cripples my data allowance, especially Karlie's pictures (sorry again). Pictures of the products are great if fairly small, as is last 4/5 digits of barcode.I miss too many pages due to work so if you need an answer from me, please send me a PM.
