For Celebrate, I've always read your posts, and your personal struggle of the moment is your own, and you have to move forward, when it's time, in a way that will help you.

Lots of us have been through many of the difficulties that you have described/revealed. We all get through the other side, when it's time for us to do so.

But right now, you need the time for yourself, not glitching, not searching for the unneeded bargains.

Do say hello to this thread from time to time. Do PM your closest friends from MSE.

This is a time of new beginnings for you. Hold your head up high, with juggling family and work, as you've done so well.

    Kind regards.

Well folks, I'm taking inspiration from you guys, have got off my A*S, stopped sulking over non contact, and done OH a box full of tesco Glitch Goodies.

Cant send chocolate (would be congealed mess by the time it got there), however, Haribo ghosts, Nivea Aftershave balm stuff and cheap suntan lotion will be winging its way to the sand pit

However, I have a mission, should anyone chose to accept. I dont get to see OH till feb when he gets 2 weeks R&R before heading back for a few more months :(

Sooooo, Christmas presents need to be able to fit into a shoebox, be something not too expensive, but something to put a smile on his face. Any suggestions? xx

Is there anything that would remind him of home and special times with you that you could pop in? Little things from around the house perhaps as well as some bought items.

Come on guys please lets all put this behind us for the sake of this thread.Does anyone here really want to see it close,I for one would hate that :(

Why would it close? There's been nothing offensive, abusive etc that the average person in the street would consider to be anything abnormal in everyday life. I hear much the same thing on here as when I'm standing at the bus stop. IMHO I think people make too much of the discussion on here that the title of the thread invites. Time for a change of title to remove DISCUSSION?:)

    :(:(:(:(:(:(

I really don't like where it goes...
I'm sitting here very close to crying and feel like I'm about to loose something very special and important... :o

Baileys: I admire you for being so brave and strong! I know I couldn't cope with my OH being so far away for so long in a dangerous place... :( I hope he'll be ok and you'll get him back soon...

Celebrate: I am very sad you decided to leave us :( I do understand you need to take care of your real life but please do come and say hello whenever you get a chance :A
But I must say I agree a bit with FK about the offending(or not) jokes... I really think jokes are something not to be taken seriously... I am not British and I never hid it... but tbh I never saw anything offending here and even if my country is mentioned in a joke or something I don't feel offended... And I do think some people take some things too seriously...

I hope it gets better tomorrow on here :A
