one radiator not working :(

Hi all, I'm not sure if am allowed to ask this in here or not tbh, but have just put my radiators on for the first time this winter, and they all work fine except for the living room one :( Both pipes leading to it are cold, and there is green liquid at the bottom of the pipe that doesn't have the thermostat (if that makes…

We had this on 3 radiators and a fab guy at b & Q advuised us what to do-same as you it was the pin in the valves. OH gave them a squirt of wd40 (or simular) which seemed to help stop them sticking.
