family/joint allowance contracts

is there such a thing as a contract that allows you to share the monthly allowance between more than 1 user? I never use all mine up and would be useful to be able to share with my kids if possible.

    Not that I am currently aware of for personal users (various business-use deals are available).

    What usage are you and they looking at, and what are the current costs you're paying? Are they all contract or are any PAYG?
