County Court

Hello Folks
Iv been reading the posts about fighting this PPC crime wave and i must salute you all. However i do have a few queries regarding a ukpc ticket i got yesterday.
Now I plan to ignore everything that they send, however in the case that they send me a legitimate final notice to go to court, is there anyway i can pull out of the situation and just pay up so i don't have to go to court and then subsequently end up with a CCJ against me?
The problem is im currently looking for employment and many employers do ask (before application) have you had any county court judgements against you - And I really don't want to ruin my employment chances over a petty immoral fake fine.
Many thanks and look forward to hearing from you.

Not that it will but if it ever went so far then it would take them months to get around to it anyway.
IF you look at some of the PPC websites you'll notice that they're ALL claiming to have victoriously been the FIRST to take a case through the courts and win. Its a load of crap. When I worked for one of the largest PPCs they even admitted they don't do court - just bluffs.0 -
You'd only get a CCJ entered against you if you went to court, lost, then didn't pay. Won't happen. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

Seconded, this will not happen!
Not least because UKPC do not do Court, except when they were taken there by Trading Standards for crim offences very recently:

Worry ye not, you are dealing with scammers here so ignore them with impunity.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you guys for all your input, i just really cant believe these firms even exist, but then again thats probably the point: anyone can set up a ppc business and try fine the public lol
But just to clarify (excuse the negativity): If they took me to court (VERY unlikely), and the judge said the company was right & i had to pay up, and i did so within a month, everything would be clear and nothing will be recorded on me?0 -

In the extremely unlikely event that that happened through here and pepipoo.com you'd have access to assistance and tried and tested defences.Thank you guys for all your input, i just really cant believe these firms even exist, but then again thats probably the point: anyone can set up a ppc business and try fine the public lol

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

HAHAHAHAHA :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I won't tell you why I'm so happy
 :T
Do we know specifically what they were being done for? - That article on pep just mentions a load of rules and regulations. Any specific things that have caused this?0 -

Post 41 in the pep topic shows that the entire thing basically got canned. In essence he's off the hook:

So what was the bl**dy point?0 -
