Their website is carrying an 'Important Customer Announcement' ;

During a routine upgrade of our systems on Friday night/Saturday morning, a duplicate automated response email was accidentally issued to a number of our customers. This was a technical issue caused by the email system we use and was not linked to any of our account information. The problem with the system has been isolated and is now fixed.
We would like to reassure customers that we take the security of our customer data seriously. We apologise to those affected customers for any inconvenience or confusion that may (have) been caused.
They can't even get their message right, they've missed out the word "have" .0 -
There's also an email out about it this morning with the CEO's name at the end:
Dear Sir/Madam
During the early hours of Friday 18th November and Saturday 19th November, a routine update to our email system caused a technical error which resulted in a generic duplicate automated response email being issued to individuals who had previously corresponded with our customer services email address.
The email system is not connected to any part of our banking account information system and the problem has been fixed with a comprehensive investigation underway to ascertain how this error occurred.
We would like to reassure you that the security of our customer data is of the utmost importance to us and we apologise unreservedly for any inconvenience or confusion caused
