Yes, I received one. Heady days- refers to 6%+ interest rates!0

I got 3 today, sent at 00.12, 00.18 and 00.24.
This was in relation to an account opened at the beginning of this year.
Not asking for any details etc but my e-mails to them were there.
Weird!0 -
Ditto - I assumed a glitch in their systems....0

I had three relating to enquiries, 2008, 2009 and 2011. Wonder what's caused it.0

Perhaps had DynoRod in ...... and it's unbunged a blockage they were unaware of in their Email server? If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0

I also got one from 2009.
I thought it was a phishing email as I do no longer have an a/c with them.0 -
Maybe they've changed/upgraded their email server/system, and when they copied the data folders across, the new system saw all the old emails as new - which, of course, they would be to a new system.0

Yes I got two today. It was a bit worrying at first as I didn't know if it was linked to some sort of fraud but on the basis that they have replied to my own messages hopefully it is ok. I loved the reply within 24 hours bit too! You would have thought that they would have sent out an apology by now.0

Their website is carrying an 'Important Customer Announcement' ;During a routine upgrade of our systems on Friday night/Saturday morning, a duplicate automated response email was accidentally issued to a number of our customers. This was a technical issue caused by the email system we use and was not linked to any of our account information. The problem with the system has been isolated and is now fixed.
We would like to reassure customers that we take the security of our customer data seriously. We apologise to those affected customers for any inconvenience or confusion that may been caused. If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
