Why on Earth should the thread be pulled? Seems an important scam to unearth.

The offending item is here . Let's see what else the seller is up to.
    Can I help?

Pulled because of the personal messages between seller and buyer being posted...happens all the time on there

I can't believe what the seller is upto - but by all counts we are not even reading that thread because the forum, the thread and all the posters have been reported and removed :rotfl: :rotfl:

  • £10.99 p&p for a small 99p item - that's against eBay rules before you even start on the "late payment charges" rubbish.

I can't believe people buy from that seller. His listings say it all!! In my opinion, if they can't be bothered to read the listing properly they can't complain.

Surely though the buyers must take some responsibility..who on earth would bid with terms like that and then moan afterwards!

The best way to stop sellers like that is to ignore their auctions, if they stop selling they will either have to go away, or reconsider their terms. By bidding the buyers are just encouraging them.

I agree Soo, if buyers read the listings properly there wouldn't be a problem as no-one with half a brain would buy from him.

What I meant though about ebay not wanting to know was all the apparent listing violations that the guy has like excessive postage, unreasonable T&C's, harrassment of the buyer - the emails this seller has sent the buyer are nothing short of it, threatening behaviour to name a few.

He cannot report any buyer to experian or any other credit agency has there is no credit agreement between him and his buyers. Surely his storage charges are agains ebay rules somewhere? They have rules for everything else:confused:

If he has an ebay express shop (which I read he had on the other thread) he is violation of the distance selling regs by stating no returns unless faulty.

Wiith such a catalogue of no no's ebay should be doing something about him.
