Hi
My mother in law is about to move house and I need to sort her out with internet access. She sends or receives about 2 emails a week. She also looks on amazon to buy the odd book.
Can anyone advise on a cheap +reliable dial up or the cheapest broadband package that anyone has found.
Cheers

Reliable 0845 dial-up seems the answer.
Never had a problem with Phone Co-Op's Cooptel service - even 0845 and email support if you need it. Sign up on-line.

Virgin.net have a "bundle three" £9.99 month
Bundle Three
£9.99 a month
Up to 1 Mbps
3 GB monthly download allowance
Free evening and weekend calls to UK landlines
It is a 12 month contract, but if using the CO-OPs above, 63 minutes per week daytime @ 4p per minute equates to Virgin re £9.99 per month £2.50 per week. So dial up @ 4 p per minute daytime = 63 minutes, (£2.50. per week) or Virgin Bundle three (not dial up),£2.50 per week, with your MIL's usage she would not need to bother about her time on line, and sge gets free phone calls to 01/02 landlines evening and weekends,(up to 60 minutes, then redial).Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -
