Rambling post so apologies first
Back in April I bought a dongle from tmobile, at thetime of sale I repeated told the sales person it was for use in North Cyprus and he repeatedly told me it was included in the monthly price plan, he also kept insisting that they counted North Cyprus and south Cyprus as one country- like an idiot I bought it
In Oct I went to visit my parents in North Cyprus and used it abroad , I had absolutely no idea that iwas being charged at £7.50 per mb, I received no text on my phone or email upon arrival , after 181mb ov use my account and phone were cut of, when I phoned them At £1.50 per minute I was told my roaming charges were £1400.
I arranged off them to contact me on my return but they didn't , instead when I contacted them I was told they had investigated, found me liable , deducted £300 as a good will gesture anxiety owed them a £1000.
I wrote to their complaints dept and they spent an entire day investigating before saying the same,I spoke to cisas who said get a deadlock letter then complain to us, this I tried but tmobile wrote back saying they wouldn't look at my case any further but they also refused to issue a deadlock letter and very smarmily said I couldn't go yo visas till 20th dec.
I wrote back and complained, I got s sarcy letter back saying tough so I went to three counties radio who run my story on the jvs show, t mobile replied and said as there sales calls are only kept for 30 days I had no proof so tough.
As a result I've had to borrow a £1000 to settle my bill under dispute as they were about to refer me to debt collections and ruin my credit history.
I am so so angry with these people as I know that I was miss sold ghos dongle , I even told them for £70 I could buy a local dongle but he insisted this deal was cheaper,
I fully I tend to go to cisas in December but I need advice on what to do next
Please help as I'm stressed out to the max and can't afford a bill of this amount
Ive been with them for 9 years, never missed a payment, always upgraded and am just appalled with their attitude and the fact they won't listen or believe me

That sound terrible, if you have a letter from TM stating they have rejected your complaint this should be enough for CISAS.If you keep on doing what's you've always done, you'll keep on being what you've always been...:think:0

It's worth noting that even on their website they say just 'Cyprus' without specifying which one, but for everyone with a little knowledge of geography and politics it is pretty obvious that the Turkish part of Cyprus is not a member of EU.
However, I wouldn't expect from some salesman in T-mobile shop this little knowledge of geography and politics and would rely rather on common sense than on anything they say.0 -

Was done via the phone direct with t mobile, I questioned him three times about this claim and he eventually put me on hold to go check with his supervisor, that's why I fell for it
And cisas say they can't act cos in their last letter although they say they won't look into this any further they refuse to issue a deadlock letter, t mobile then state date of 20 th dec before I can refer to cisas.
They are real slime bags and their customer service stinks, I have repeatedly been promised call backs that never happened, they won't let me email or phone their complaints dept, they don't answer the questions I put to them in writing. They refuse to cancel my contract as well so I'm still paying for the damm thing0
