Looks like Telewest stick a hacked firmware on these devices so you can't do anything with them.
If that's the case it may be better to send them back and purchase standard Netgear kit instead.It's my problem, it's my problem

I'm with you on that, after 3 of has had a go at getting into it for a few hours at worked..hacked firmware !!Ex forum ambassador
