Firstly, do you mean picture messages? Are you sure that the problem is on your end, i.e. that the other party can receive picture messages from other people?
Secondly, Tesco have nothing to do with bluetooth. Are you sure that you do everything correctly and the second phone does send them?0 -

Just pair your device then send the content over Bluetooth. Now go to your Media application -> go to appropriate content folder (pictures, video etc)-> click Blackberry Menu button and select Receive Using BluetoothSealed Pot Challenge Member 1216 -

On my iPhone, I have to turn Mobile Data on to be able to receive picture text messages, I'm really not sure why though (as they don't appear to use up my data allowance). There might be something similar with Blackberrys?0

Try sending pictures either to blackberry contacts through BBM or via email.
Loads of people find it impossible to send / receive pictures via MMS.
Also look at crackberry forums for your particular blackberry for help.
One thing that works for me is to try and forward the picture, for some reason I can see the pictures when they are in a forward email/ text - without me having to actually send them.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
