Talk Talk and Quidco Cashback

I recently signed up for a Talk Talk Plus package via Quidco to get the £65 cashback. However my Quidco activity page is showing the cashback tracked as only £50.
I have sent a message to Quidco asking why this is showing incorrectly and they have asked me to supply them with my seven digit order number from Talk Talk, beginning with a 3, 4 or 5.
I only have a six digit order number beginning with a 2.
I tried calling Talk Talk to find out if there is any other order number and ended up totally confusing the customer service rep.
Has anyone else had problems getting the correct cashback through Quidco for Talk Talk sign ups?

Great! I have gone back to Quidco and they have said they will correct it...but if it doesn't correct then I've to get back in touch with my seven digit order code beginning with a 3, 4, 5.
