Are those from the "funny how flowers do that" comp? How long did it take for them to upload your entry? I sent one, a day passed with no upload, sent another and got an email but it's still not uploaded. Perhaps I really am just inherently unlucky! Anyway they're really nice looking, you must have made your aunt so happy

Morning all, Happy December!!

Quick question, do all of the advent comps that are posted on the main board automatically get put into the advent thread or do they have to be requested? Just trying to organise myself and not sure if simply going through the Advent thread will cover them.

yes they are from funny how flowers do that

They seem to be a bit hit and miss at uploading, some days they are quite quick others take a few days. They send you an email when your entry is up.

They don't automatically go on the advent thread, they have to be posted on there for it to be updated. However most should end up on there as there are plenty of people keeping their eyes open to post links from main board onto the advents. Think that's about right anyway as my first advents this year.

I have narrowed mine down just to stuff I want to win. I had a looked at a few i'd bookmarked and have already ruled them out. I'm not going to get bogged down in them as comping meant to be fun

Only day one of the Advents and I am already unable to keep up. Out all day with friends tomorrow too.

Really looking forward to my day out with my friends - this time last year one of them was in hospital in intensive care and given little hope. She got out of hospital in March and although she had a few more short stays in hospital has gone from strength to strength.

Afternoon all.

I'm feeling bit down today not being able to join in with advents esp as I was so looking forward to them

I got my £50 Asda voucher today from colgate so that's put smile on my face, also got part of my sun perk order so that's great.

Best of all LO has Ruldoph Mail..... So cute addressed to him, will wait for OH to open it

The advents are crazy, not even going to attempt to keep up with them... only entering the ones I'd really like and even then I'm still over 40ish comps already (been sat down only about an hour)!
