I walked home this afternoon and my parents were proud of me.I am trying hard already this year to do more walking.

DH & I are trying to get more excercise too Katie - we were out walking in the rain for nearly an hour today! Needs must though as trousers are feeling too tight.

Hello all you lovely comping people! After 3 months of comping I am now firmly addicted and have worked my way through all the posts and now looking at dailys.

I was wondering if someone could advise me about NISA comps? I understand that you can enter up to 100 times, but I just decided to really attack one of them to see whether it refused me when I got to 100. Now when I enter all the info into the form, I fill in the captcha and enter...then it accepts my entry and I back up and enter a new captcha and enter again and so on which means that I'm not entering the whole form 100 times. BUT I got to where I thought I'd entered 100 and nothing happened, so I'm not sure if either they don't tell you when you get there and you risk getting disqualified or if my way of clicking on back and just entering new captcha isn't working...any advice welcome!

AND another thing...for those that use facebook but have a different name on there, when you're filling in entry forms on there do you use your facebook name or real name?

Had an email addressed to little man. Thought it was going to be a win as enter the kids ones in their names but no it said not this time lol. Just asking to join guardian kids books.

Flowers are nice sheils. Seems i have had all my luck on that comp now. Keep trying as really want a bunch for mother in law and my dads girlfriend

Purple using a separate facebook account is risky. Facebook are closing a lot of accounts for fake profiles/ non use of real names. Plus if you win in a false name and are asked to provide ID for proof before a win you will come firmly unstuck. Easy to comp onyour normal account by splitting friends into lists and only posting comp wall posts to comping friends.

Thanks StokieBecks, its a facebook account I've had for a few years, the surname is correct but the first name is a nickname (same initial). I don't know why I'm so reluctant to put my real name on there considering how easily I give away allsorts of info on comp forms!!!

Hi Purple,for me I just use my real name on facebook if I am entering a companies competition and only use my one account for each,chatting to friends,playing games and entering competitions The Anna Friel film is on tonight as the BBC didnt show it last night.Its on at 9pm

I guess it is personal choice with facebook but i comp on my normal one. Facebook are getting stricter on duplicate accounts etc thats all i know. Personal choice who runs the risk and for how long it will last before facebook delete one of them. Wishing you good luck woth your comping
