Talk Talk International Not Working

Different provider but Tesco have blocked me from dialing 0844 no. for dialwise.co.uk for international mobile numbers at 1p per min. Seems other providers other
than BT don't like to lose the money.

Yes I've tried 1280 but it does'nt recognise it for some reason.

Well my mum ended up calling the number with this card and managed to get through.

If I get can get some time-off tomorrow I hope to pursue this with TalkTalk.

If the 1280 prefix does not work that means it's no longer a BT line using TT just as a CPS calls provider (i.e. unfortunately, line rental has been switched to TT).
