Thanks Agent_C, #847, for letting us know about the Zizzle Zoundz. I love buying unusual presents and hadn't been successful this year.
I sent hubby 7 miles to our nearest Home Bargains to get some. He wasn't very happy with me. ( i think he should be grateful I phoned the shop up first to see if they had some!)0 -
Just bought one of those Zoundz things today for my daughters birthday on Thursday - and I love it :j They're great for all sorts of ages (I've just spent nearly an hour playing with it
and now OH has been on it for 20 mins :rotfl:) but my daughter has cerebral palsy and this will be really easy for her to use and will probably be very therapeutic. Going back to buy more for her friends (who also have CP) birthdays.
The manufacturers website is HERE but even the video on that doesn't do it justice!
The square shape is a recording device (up to 5 seconds) that you can record music from whatever music source you have plugged into it, whatever music you have playing with the other shapes, or your own voice. I've recorded me singing 'happy birthday' and had lots of fun changing the tempo/echo/verb up and down to make me sound different
We were laughing at the woman's voice on it that announces the time/mode you are in etc - it's very ....erm....sexy  :rotfl:I'm a little angelBUT A WHOLE LOTTA DEVIL

Is there a sale on at home bargains?0

I called in at my local HB on Friday and everything seemed as normal. No sign of a sale but a few more "Star Buy" posters seemed to be about albeit nothing great to report.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift - the present.0

No sale in Home Bargains but it was tidy - first time ever!
In fact there were less bargains than I've seen before. Did manage to get some Cybermen (Harborne, Birmingham have lots in the sweets aisle) and got the Zoundz thing purely on Trix's recommendation so I hope it's good!0 -
I bought a tefal 28" frying pan yesterday for £4.99 - absolute bargain, they're about £14 elsewhere. They are the ones with the red spot in the middle. Coulby Newham store...0
