Yesterday in North Shields store they had cote d'or 70% dark chocolate bars 100g for 29p. Pretty good as they are £1.29 in tescos. Also had lindt orange chocolate bars for 89p. Packs of 10 gift cards for 89p.

In Cramlington today they had no Jamie Oliver stuff but they did have some nice childrens craft scissors, the ones with the funny edges ... £1.99

Today I saw...
Darth Vader Ltd Edition 'hologram' head bobbler. £2.99
Some quite cool Japanese anime action figures - can't for the life of me remember what they were called - they were £2.99
Double packs of Chef Kuo Add To Wok noodles - 39p
Also bought a couple of quite cute teddy bear/monkey mp3/CD speakers for daughters' friends birthdays - basically a cuddly toy with speakers in the feet that you can attach an mp3 player or CD player to. £4.99

I did also notice that there was a lot of empty space on the shelves, particularly in the food section. This was in Edgeley.

i found out today there's a new Home Bargains in Liverpool. Behind TJ's
where the Taylors Superstore used to be. I've not been but my mate reckons its absolutely huge and full of goodies. I've been in Taylors a few times over the years and it was a big place so i'm looking forward to going there at the weekend.

Also, she was saying nearby there's a good shop selling ex M&S stuff ie, towels, shoes etc. Not forgetting good ole TJ's one of the best shops going.

They had wooden Toads (Thomas) in Rhyl yesterday for 99p.

They had 500ml bottles of Coke Zero etc in the Cardiff Store for 45p and bottles of diet coke with vitamins for 29p - good for picnics etc.

Also, lots of Charles Worthington minis for 49p (rrp £1.65)

Looking forward to going to the Rhyl store in a couple of weeks, when I visit my parents as its a big 'un!
