    In Bloxwich,

3 pack of citronella garden candles (massive ones about a metre long) for 99p. Bought these last year from morrisons for £2.50 for 2!! They really work BTW, had big family BBQ shindig last sunday, and no gnats bothered us once these babies were lit!

Dunno if anyone has mentioned the towelling swim ponchos? These are excellent. Great for after swimming at £2.99 (The same thing, although different make is £15 Mini Mode at Boots!) To fit a child up to 2 i think.

Delicious hamburger relish by 'Lakeshore' for 29p

    Still Fanta 39p

Sun bites- haven't seen any in stock for a week.

    SFG x

Has anyone noticed any Alpen Lite Bars in the Bloxwich, Bilston, Walsall or West Bromwich stores?

i've noticed a lack of alpen bars in the 2 shops i visit for the last few weeks, i buy my son the regular ones for school and he has been missing them as i've got so used to paying 99p a box i begrudge paying full price in tesco, hopefully they will bring them back soon!!

I think the mistake was we took a trolley in as we had left the pushchair at home by accident so had to push the little one in a trolley from next door.

Was easy to put stuff in it without realising as it wouldnt have gone in a basket.

In fairness we got most things we needed. A big dishwasher tablets, washing powder, shampoo, fabric softner etc so i saved money as we wont need these in a while and theyre cheaper than esco - i hope. I also got my daughter a little scooter but other than that it was all smallish things that add up :(

I'm banned from shopping now as it was 'my fault' LOL!
