Wow, I never knew there was such a thing as "childrens toilet roll" (and it's the first time I've ever heard toilet roll being referred to as "cute"):p I recall always using "grown up" toilet roll when I was a kid - there was certainly no "moist wipes" like you see advertised on the telly these days (I think they're called Kandoo?). :D

So what's the difference with children's toilet roll? - is it just smaller, or does it have something printed on it? (just curious!!)
  • Spot on smaller and printed with cute pictures. Oh I need to go back for more now!

Oh, I see. Personally, I don't see why they don't make normal toilet paper with pictures printed on it - I'd be willing to pay a premium if it meant I could wipe my bum on something with Jeremy Kyle's face on it. :p
  • I agree he is vile, I'm sure I remember there is a website you could order loo roll on and download a photo to have printed on it as a novelty gift for someone, but I suppose if you felt that strongly you could always get some made with him on, put it out for guests make a great talking point.

Yeah, I think you're right and there probably ARE websites that will produce custom toilet roll to order, but I wouldn't REALLY be willing to pay over the odds - even if it would be very satisfying. ;)

OK peeps - apologies for the slight off-topic. Back to the bargains. :D

Home Bargains also do two cheaper versions of Kandoo ... the one we usually get is called "doodoos" :D
  • In Bradford today they had packs of Oust glass candle burners and 2 refills (similar to the Glade ones) for £1.99 - rrp £3.99. Smell lovely. Also packets of Walkers SunBites for 10p each - the roasted onion and rosemary flavour are really tasty. The 5p Trident Splash has all gone - glad I got a small stock of it!
