You're getting advice on how to better handle your personal finances. Obviously an issue you've had in the past.

    Read between the lines.

I think you have it backwards.

The idea would be to get a job, then you're in a decent position to start repairing your credit file.

I really don't think the state of your credit file should be a priority for you right now. Surely you should be getting a job and living within your means, then think about your credit file a year or 2 down the line.
thanks for the comments i have a job however loke most i have become unemployed for a short time i am taking steps to return to work i am a security dog handler and trainer my new dog is to young and still in training on loss of employment and other unforseen problems i have been forced to register as unemployed at this time

I don't think most people answering are passing judgement, they are trying to advise you that this isn't a particularly sensible or 'moneysaving' option to rebuild your credit rating, and are interpreting what you have posted.

You state yourself that 'yes loans have been charging large fees and not giving out loans' - so why do you want to 'check' them for yourself? If your reasoning is philanthropic, and you want to do this to then warn others not to, I doubt many would suggest you offer yourself (and your money) as a sacrificial goat.

Bit optimistic with "philanthropic" if you don't mind me saying Tixy.
