Check your bill for 25/12/2006!!

Hi all,

On christmas day apparently I received two text messages from 81330 costing £1.50 each.

I didn't remember them and certainly didn't ask anyone to send me a ringtone or anything. So I rang orange and they said it was a company called Dialogue and gave me a number to ring (0870 7555731 - 0870 number figures!).

I rang them and left a message on the answerphone. The next day someone from Art Empire Industries Ltd. rang me to say that there had been a computer error and that 'anyone who had ever been on their computer database' had been charged, irrespective of whether they had an 'active subscription' or not.

They were happy to refund me and the next day a cheque for £3 arrived.
