Well done, there was not really anything else they could have done in your case.
One thing I would do is to forward a copy of that letter along with the claim reference to the court as its very possible that they will "forget" to notify the court that they are withdrawing. Not that I am paranoid or non trusting of them, but with the time of year its a possibility that it could get forgotten so for the price of postage its worth it for peace of mind.Credit card debt - NIL

I would contact the court to get clarification that they have withdrawn.
