Orange Insurance - Phone Lost
Hi, I have been with Orange business for a few years now and one of my sharers has today lost a phone.
When I called earlier, I was told I am not insured! This is even more frustrating as I have never lost a phone before..... and I was under the impression that I was fully insured (and was not told to the contrary when sorting out the latest contract etc). Looking back at my bills, Orange Care was always included in the business contract but Orange have now sneakily changed this to Faulty Replacement on the bill. Orange Care appears to have been dropped off my bill when I upgraded to a new contract a year and a half ago. I thought that Faulty Replacement was the new name for their Orange Care insurance (maybe stupidly!!).....
Has anyone else had a problem with this? It appears that Orange Care, which was always included on a business Contract, is now never included and is only available if paid for.
This was one of the thigs that used to make Orange stand out from the rest. Clearly this is not now the case!!!
Any comments and thoughts much appreciated.
