Upgrading Sky Broadband

I'm thinking about upgrading from sky's lite broadband to the unlimited option, if I do will they give me a new router? , the one i've got was from sky and is a good few years old now

Routers don't change much, but then ADSL hasn't really changed much either. Except that ADSL2+ came along so those with very short lines can see an increase in speeds and some very old routers may not support that mode. Apart from that, I'm not sure what the benefit would be...0

It wouldn't be automatic, you'd just need to negotiate it as a sweetener for upgrading.No free lunch, and no free laptop

It's probably worth asking them, as I'm assuming you'll have to sign into another 12 month contract. It depends on which type of router you have, if it's one of the old white ones, it's possibly on it's way out anyway.Please help to make people Endometriosis aware!

They have a Wireless n router as standard now, thats the one to go for.
