10 Digit numbers calling me

I have had two calls from what appear to be mobile numbers with 10 digits instead of the usual 11.
The first call I missed, I tried to call them back and get a tone which suggests the number is invalid. The second call I answered, there seemed to be a bit of interference noise for about 3 seconds then the call cut off, I also tried calling back but again the number doesn't exist.
07796 35483 - 16/11/11 - 11.30
07840 61894 - 17/11/11 - 11.23
Any idea what these numbers are?
I have googled them but no relevant results were found.

Had a call from the first number yesterday at 11.51.
This time they said hello, I said hello, I dot think they could hear me then they hung up.
Anyone any ideas who it could be?

Most likely call centre telemarketing.. The 2nd number you've listed shows up on WhoCallsMe and is apparently some accident claim spam/scam companyNow free from the incompetence of vodafail0

No idea about the numbers, but I can state there is no way I'd be ringing them back, who knows what it may cost you?0
