  • in my latest email from groupon regarding my faulty tree they have said that they have sent my info directly to bodini who should be in contact with me soon (wont hold my breath with that one) with the info needed to return my tree, they have then hopefully said -

    "We have received your request for a refund, however firstly we will need to check your details with Bodini. Once your details are confirmed we will proceed with your refund."


    Fingers crossed that i now might be getting somewhere to having my money refunded, though i wont believe it until i actually have the money back in my bank account!

    though this is after over 10 calls to bodini, 2 to groupon, 4 (slightly angry)emails to groupon and bodini, one call to the government's customer advice line and a recorded delivery letter sent to bodini's parent company, its almost like a bad version of the twelve days of Christmas song!
