hello,
I am a long time customer with O2 CPW. Last Feb i upgraded to O2 direct with CPW, they said i cudnt go on with O2 CPW after the upgrade.
I got a BB Torch 9800, and it worked fine untill a couple of months ago. All of a sudden i started getting a lot of static screen when unlocking the phone. It also started to stick up, there was a fair amount of small glitches with the phone that spring.
I finally decided to put it in for repairs. And they replaced it after abt 15days. It was painful.
And a few days back, the phone started the static issue again, and also the screen keeps getting stuck in the wrong orientation until it is locked and unlocked again.
I have retured the phone for repairs. But i am getting really !!!!ed off with out a phone. Is there any way to get the phone repaired quickly or get a new phone if i upgrade onto a higher tariff or sumthing.
And what happens if this happened again in the future. I have never had repair issues before.
