Advice please - free texts/calls

I'm with Orange at the moment - I get 100 free texts a month, which costs me £20 a month. My monthly bill is usually about £25.

Me and my missus mostly only phone each other......is there any deal whereby we can get free calls or texts to each other and pay as you go with other number?

Any help would be appreciated.

(Also, she is about to become a student - will this help in any way?)

Cheers Edinburghlass. Had a quick look, do you have to pay a flat rate for this service? It seems like you have to spend a minimum of £10/month from the terms and conditions.

Ideally I'd like to spend as close to £0 as possible (mind you, wouldn't we all).
