There you go again, jealous that I have female company (paid for, or not) and bring that into a debate about House prices ....... look, I'm really sorry that you are alone, just Mummy to talk to - but that's not really my problem.
I know you are still just a kiddie - but, could you stay on topic? That's a good lad.Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -

Female company costs nothing, you go to the pub and talk to women.
That is one way to find a real wife.
The last thing i need right now is a wife and definitely not a wife on tick as im saving up.
I know that its not really your problem, your problem is much much worse.
I am glad i never bought a house in 2007 because if i had i would be very pi55ed off that a crash came along. I did wait for the crash though so im not pi55ed off:)0 -

- while rents soared to new record highs
- that you could have got a lifetime tracker mortgage at 100% LTV for just base rate plus 0.5%
- but that 2 years later you'd need a 40% deposit to get base plus 2% and even then only on a short term deal and reverting to an SVR of base + 3% or more....
You'd all have bought a house, wouldn't you?:rotfl:
You didn't happen to buy in 2007 then Hamish.0
