Unauthorised Transaction on credit card = fraud. What to do?

OK, this might have been very daft, but I've just placed an order with them with a valid card but incorrectly typed name and delivery address <> to the billing address (though not declared as such). It then took me to the secure3d verification page which didn't prompt for any password, though it did look like it was doing "something". This is on a card which has secure3d password already set up.
So, they didn't check the address, didn't get a secure3d confirmation, and didn't match the name to the card. Aren't they breaching Mastercard's Ts & Cs as a retailer?
I've cancelled the order since, though waiting for confirmation now!
(Perhaps this is helpfulness going over and above the call of duty...!)

Now that my (potentially stupid) experiment with buying from these guys is closed (full refund done on the cancellation etc etc), is there any point in referring their practices to their merchant services company? Whilst they no doubt carry the can in terms of transaction charges, charge backs etc under their contract with the merchant services company, it would save other non-customers the world of hassle if they simply were forced to change their verification processes so that (for example) at the very least postcode / digits were checked as deliver addresses.
It might even be that by not checking, they are breaching their Ts & Cs with the merchant services company.
Not my battle to fight, but an interesting experiment - effectively, I could have put anybody's card details in with any old spurious name, and it appears I'd have got some goods from them. Not something I plan on trying out...
