Cheapest place for a V3 or V3i

I'm thinking I want a change of phone and have decided that I would like to get either of these two. Which one of the two would fellow forumers suggest and more importantly where is the cheapest place to get one either Sim Free or on 02?

If I were to buy this from Carphone Warehouse on the cheapest option (Vodafone) would I be able to put my O2 simcard in it as I have read that Carphone Warehouse stock is unlocked. Has anyone ordered this phone.?

You could risk it, or you could buy it on O2 from Phones4U for £57.95 less £5 from Quidco and save £15+ into the bargain.
