New Build - How much should we offer?

  • That's exactly what I see myhouse.

If people are silly enough to buy into these so called bargains then so be it.

    Lets take another example.

2 televisions for sale, same make, model, spec etc. One company normally sells them for £750, the other normally sells it for £1000 but has it on sale for £800! Yes that's a full 20% off!!!

Now which one is the bargain?

I'm sure there are many people who would boast they got tv number 2 for a bargain price, however imagine their disappointment when their mate tells them they bought their tv from company 1.

Take the £ symbol away and, yes.

Getting a 10p bag of crisps for 8p IS a bargain.

Oh well done, completely change the example to help your argument. Do we have a facepalm smiley?

I should also have added that it's a poorly built, rabbit-hutch-tiny bag of crisps as well.

  • I'm trying to work out how much new builds we are interested in are actually worth to make an offer. They are the last few of the plot, is there a way of seeing the sold prices for the others?
