Basically choose a reputable company and follow the terms and conditions.
Unfortunately I would not class any of these companies as being 'reputable'. Up until last year I would have put mobileshop as being the only one but then they started to mess their customers about by paying later and later(than even the time stated in their t&c). They are probably still the only one you can trust to pay out eventually but I'll be finding out first hand as I have 2 cashback payments due from them by mid february_pale_

See my other thread re e2Save - a joy to deal with.

And today I received my third and final cheque from OneStopPhoneShop - again another totally free, hassle free 12 month contract.

As I've said before, I'm aware others have encountered problems and this post isn't intended to detract from their experiences........but you have to speak as you find.

I will use both companies again; I won't use MobileShop again because they're taking the mickey.

Quite simple to stay in business when you think about it........just keep your customers happy and they'll come back for more and recommend you for free.

Any advice that you receive from me is worth exactly what you paid for it. Not a penny more or a penny less.

"These" companies being who? In the past I've dealt with the likes of CPW, E2Save, Mobileshop and Mobile Affiliates without too many problems.

dialaphone used to do good cashback deals - it saved me 100's over the term I had the phone! :)

All of them have bad reputations. That is not to say that a majority of customers are getting their money back but reading around the internet I have found there are more complaints about cashback companies than any other I can think of.

    I've used the following :-

TheLink - the only sent me one cheque when I had to deals with them
One phone call and they sent the other cheque very quickly

OSPS - two contracts with them went without a hitch (even though there were quite a few people reporting problems at the time

e2save - one contract - had a problem with one claim where they said I'd sent the wrong bill - but they'd made a mistake. They apologised after I emailed the CEO at CPW.

I'd deal with these companies again - as they seem willing to sort out problems and there's little chance of them disappearing.
However, I must admit it can be a bit stressful. Especially when you read about the problems other people keep having.
