I have recently taken on quite a big loan for work goods and vehicle, this will effectivly allow me to earn upto an extra £1500 a month in 2012. So I have around £13,500 to pay off while saving £15,000....so looking at £28,500 really by xmas!! Great!!
Work in progress...Update coming July 2012.

Mf0u, you should join us on the sealed pot challenge! we have just started the new one and we open them on 1st Dec (29th Nov next year as the 1st falls on the weekend) we had some really good totals this year and its amazing how much you can save from chucking the odd bit off change from your purse in :)

Oh im really not feeling well today, the left side of my throat feels like someones sliced it with a knife. I fell asleep on the sofa earlier so I really must have been feeling rough :( ive been taking some throat sweets but they are not doing anything, DH keeps telling me to gargle salt water but at the minute I really dont think I can!

I think ive finished making any payments until after christmas now as having worked out how much the banks are charging me in interest I refuse to get more in my overdraft to make more payments on the credit cards at 0%

It is a great challenge- you can get a tin from the pound shop. I got over £400 in mine this year.

    Important Notice
To help me run this thread easily, could you please all post your totals in large text and in a bold colour, i.e.:
    £265.43/£7685.67
(where the first amount is the total you have paid off so far in this challenge and the second amount is the total you pledged to clear by Xmas 2012.
It would also be a big help if you could also put with it your number from the 2nd post.
i.e. another £50 paid off so now the total for
    #001 is £315.43/£7685.67

    Go to this website: http://sc-s.com/

If you use twitter, you can link your feed to the site and get a text each time there is a code to use :) If not you'll either have to check there periodically (they seem to go on to use at about 6/7pm GMT, or wait until someone posts about them on here! :D
