Ebay returns to different address

Am I missing something here.
If OP returns it to the new address then that new address could be anybody. Does this mean i could order something off eBay and send it back to another address (a friend) and get a refund?
Surely Paypal/eBay must check what address it was sent back to.0 -
Exactly. The seller could easily claim it wasn't received and paypal wouldn't force a refund.One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0
