No contract phone and internet?

Is there a provider out there that will supply my broadband and phone line until I sell my house, put it on hold (whilst I live with my parents to find new home) and then reconnect me. My sister is with Plusnet which was fine for her as she moved from one adress to another, but I am going home (where they are already connected). I don't know how long my house will be on the market for, but I need to have a phone line and BB installed. Can anyone help?

I'm with Zen Internet BB and Home phone, excellent service and customer support. You could ask them as they have monthly contracts for both.

You might find someone willing to 'suspend' a broadband contract, but not line rental. 30 day rolling broadband contracts are quite widely available.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
