    No, he just got lots of mortgages during the boom.

    He also lives in the area so should have known better.

    The plus side of this whole episode is that the none violent tenants of his properties are not, and will not see any rent increase either.

    What rate are you paying for earnings between circa £7.5k and £40k?


    For most it's about 40% if you take all the NI into account. It just gets worse from there.
