mint/rbs gave me the runaround for nearly three months.had a credit card with them 2003 to 2009 even though i still had the account number they kept stalling on sar request even sending back documents claiming they were not originals.eventually they sent docs out but only going back six years statements proved i did have ppi.awaiting their final response.its all a game of tactics to try and put people off.keep at em0 -
