You had a bad experience compared to us then, we just filled in a form, small argument about the size of bag they wanted to give us then the new one turned up next morning by TNT.

Asda have got some suitcases at half price and they are extra light but have a hard shell.Iv yet to test them but did buy some and it was a good offer I think the 27" were reduced to £14.50 and the 25" were £12.50. They have padlocks with them too which was useful aswel. They had other ones but I didnt look to see how much they were.Hope this helps someone.

We had to comply with Flybe's process.
I would guess you had a different airline.
Whichever airline it is you have to comply with their process so I would still recommend not buying from somewhere that's miles away (unless you always fly with the same airline and know their process).
