How Do You Cash a Scottish Widows PEP?

I bought a PEP with Scottish Widows about 10 years ago.

I need access to the money which is currently approx £4,000+

But I can't find any information at all on their website about how to go about closing down the PEP and just getting the money into my Bank Account .. Can this be done online, or do I need to go to a Bank or Phone?

Ideally I prefer doing everything online as much as possible. I have no interest in anything other then cashing it in.

What's the quickest way to get the PEP closed down and money transferred into my Halifax or Natwest Bank account?

You write to them asking to sell all units and close the ISA (its not a PEP any more) and pay the proceeds to your bank account (give bank details).

Ideally I prefer doing everything online as much as possible.

Not something you typically get with old style product providers.
