They'll just pass on the results of their 'trial'.
They'll be examples of appeals being refused with some legal waffle that the MPs will lap up.
They'll be some that have been upheld, probably in collaboration with the parking company involved. The BPA probably even reimbursed the PPC for pre-agreed upheld cases. I expect some Excel and VCS ones - Simon Renshaw-Smith could work it all out from either of his desks.0
