Yesterday i bought a new HP printer on offer for £17.00 it came with ink.. I originally had a dell printer and the ink was about £40.00 to replace and found out each print out would cost 9p.. and the HP just 1p.. so seemed cheaper to buy a new printer! Cant believe a whole new system would be better...
Anyway its fab and ive been printing lots of coupons today.. OMG im addicted , have lots of freebies aswell)))
Road tax came thru today.. why have i not noticed before that its cheaper to buy a year in comparison to 6 months?? will be keeping that £20.00 safetly in my bank!!!
Been watching the news today with the sales in shops dropping to an all time low.. what do they expect?? I will never spend like i used to regardless of the state of the country.. everyone is scared.. and i understand the economy needs us but what can be done?!
I most certainly wont be getting into debt again...0 -
Hi Cherry, sorry I've been awol with moving so just had a chance to catch up you're doing really well
Does hubby have to top up a minimum for him to be on the bolt on? My OH is on Mr Fruit so I end up using all my minutes on him as the rest of my family are on the bolt on, wondering if I could get OH a PAYG on Mr Oxygen?
Also, where did you get the printer from? That's a fab deal and I need a printer as don't have one so can't print coupons *sobs*Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Hi hun, thanks for the message
yv been busy with the move so totally understand
.. hope the ribs are better today.
OH just has an 02 pay as you go sim.. he doesnt have to put any credit on at all and he now gets to call me , text as much as he wants with no extra charge. I just pay the extra 7 ish pounds a month for the bolt on.. i can call him unlimited now aswell so it doesnt use up any of my minutes. Think its going to work out really well... he has 2 weeks of a month when hes out on calls doing late shift and on call, so its nice to be able to chat and catch up on the gossip lol.. we did laugh cus i live with him so how an earth did i end up with a 90.00 bill haha.. yes try and get him a free o2 sim maybe if he doesnt want to change? took 24 hours to activate after the online bit.
The printer was from P.C world.. they had lots left in my store. Plus if you buy it for £17.00 you get a 10% dicount voucher from them for a further supply of ink..you will need a printer cable .. costs an extra 12.00 which you can get in store if you dont one ... OMG the coupons are fab!! it took a while for the penny to drop.. but they have innocence bottles of orange juice (giving away a £1.00 voucher) then they have a price comparison page and it works out that morrisons have them on offer for £1.00.. so if we scoot down tonight before it finishes we get 2 bottles for free, along with all the other freebies! its madness.. will list what deals i got this eve so you can see. x0 -

Cant believe im still up!! i did have a sleep in the afternoon.. and ive been wrapping presents
not leaving it til the night before xmas like i did the other year.
So a little update.. its the 15th and its been a month since i started this and its gone fab fab fab!! i still have money left over.. mcuh more than i would have thought.. and today ive been paid and got extra holiday added so have an extra £500.00:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j.. yes we had a dance again lol.. but im hoping this is not short lived like OH's wages lol.. ive also been told ive got a pay rise in Jan so thats fabby... all my xmas presents are bought so not much budget money for them needed this month. Just have a couple of man presents left to buy (grrr they are so boring to buy for).. mums new fella and friends dad (we are spending boxing day with them)..
Managed to save up enough money now to buy a divan base in the sales.. 4 weeks until baby is due and ive managed sleeping on a matress on the floor for the whole pregnancy lol.. its getting a bit akward now but has done wonders for my back. Have a list ready for the baby, quite a few things needed in the sales.. but have enough money from ebay to cover this. ooooo yes ebay!! I made £301.38!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D:D:D:D so happy with this :-) i have in fact got another £20.00 worth of sales on top of that im waiting for... really worth while
Teachers gifts to buy x 3.. but looking at my present stock, i recon i can take from there quite easily.
Voucher shopping is going amazing.. and im entering heaps of competitions.. watch this space
Never been able to pay all my bills at christmas and have money left over, really is amazing!
Catch up soonies:beer:0 -
Wow that's an amazing fleabay achievement. I can't belive you've slept on the floor the entire pregnancy, you must be hard as nails
Do you have your eye on a particular divan?

lol thanks hun :0) im really not a sleeping on the floor kind of person.. my house is very normal kath kidston stylee lol.. it sounds like im this poor (well i am) living on the streets... but no what happend was after c-section last time my back went, and ive had problems ever since. Last year it went for 2 weeks at a time and i couldnt stand on my legs, walk or get to the toilet was drugged up in agony. I can no longer sleep on slatted beds, they seriously mess me up.. so we had to sell both the gorgeous beds which were nearly new and get a new one. Started to look around and after a week on my luxury matress on the floor my back has been amazing and ive had the best night sleeps ever lol... which has not hurried me to replace it ( i used the electrics and the dust thats about to fall on as an excuse not to ruin a new one).. any how money saved and im after a good base.. dont know where to start, dont want a cheap one.. want something strong. Was thinking John Lewis?? if anyone can sugest one??
Thanks so happy with the ebay sales.. is a relief to stop packin them now tho... can concentrate on xmas and baby preperations :0)
Hope yr well.. will go check to see if yv updatedxx

Had the most awful day yesterday.. i missed the snow!! :-( i had spoken to my brother on the Thursday and he meentioned my grandma was not happy with me.. my dad has been after money from me.. saying i owe him (so he can feed his habit) i warned my brothers not to lend him anything as i suspect he was back on the bad stuff.. and my grandma has told them she is not happy with me at all for knocking him down when he has done so well.. Im so glad i live away from them all, im sick of it
there has been more grief than that from her this year and its been awfull.. i got myself so worked up that i gave myself a migrane from being upset.. OH got in after night shift to me being sick up the bathroom wall.. id got myself in a right state.. thought i may had needed to go to the hospital (not good for the baby) and im due in a few weeks. OH was so lovely he looked after me and had to take a day off work ( a days money lost now)..
Feeling a little bit better today but very down about it all.. still sent my grandma a xmas card.. why i dont know, but would feel bad not to.
Hoping to get a bit of brighter xmas spirit in me soon0 -
