So today is more cleaning and bottle washing :) im gettin a bit paniky about the heating bill.. its been on full time pretty much for the last 2 weeks.. i feel like i cant turn it off becuase i need to keep the baby warm.
The budgets are not happening.. i dont feel settled enough yet.. so all i can do for now is try not to spend anything! and when i do keep it cheap.. and do the voucher thing. OH went out last night and drew out £50.00 for drinks.. it made me feel a little sick lol but he hadnt been out for ages and it was to wet the babies head and he never goes out bless him. He came in at 3.30 a little merry and drunk and said he had £55.00 still and was very chuffed with himself and said money martin before dozing off to sleep lmao!! :D works out this morning that he bumped into old friends that kept buying him drinks and he found a £20.00 note clubkill.. LOL!!! Im SO SO proud of him.. a free night out hehe.. he brought down his trousers and emptied his pockets and true enough he had managed a free night out lol.
Bit devistated my mum is major broke and can hardly meet her bills this month. My brother was supposed to bring her on friday and cancelled on her.. and said this weekend.. which left her crying in work as she is dying to see baby. He said he would bring her this weekend and yesterday said he may not be able to.. she called me and i could hear her welling up :-*(((( so i said i would pay for her coach about £55.00 and give her money when she comes up.. like another £50.00 to take home, just hoping her partner will lend her £20.00 for the coach journey.. i cant even pay this money into her account as it will get taken for the overdraft :-/ Has made me sad..will be 3 weeks til mum finally see's her :(
Not liking having the cash on me at the minute.. feel it could easily get waisted. Think things will go back to normal when OH goes back to work. Feel sick at the thought of having debts now i have 2 children and tho house looks awful! Wont be back to work til feb 2013.. but that sounds awful to me right now as i dont want to leave them. How will i cope full time???? Back to the competitions i think.. and a few more boxes to de-clutter later. I have found heaps of cards and wrapping paper so have them all in one massive box now :) ive also saved all the baby girl gift bags people have given to re-use.. well worth saving! lucky most of them are pink with butterflys and hearts etc.. so have saved myself quite a bit.

where does you Mum live Cherry? I remember you mentioning Cardiff, the megabus is £7 each way if she can stand to be on the coach for a few hours. I can't remember if you said where she lives. Sorry she can't make it to see you yet :(

Your ironing has made me chuckle, I can't stand doing it but newborns do look cuter when they're not all creased.

Well done to Mr Cherry for his cheap night out and clubkill find. I wish my OH was as trained.

Don't worry about everything at the moment, it'll soon settle down and this is a big life event *hugs* xx

Oh wow thats a bargain, I must have a look! :-) yes your right shes in cardiff near the city centre :) She usually gets a national express from cardiff station to Luton airport which is only 10 mins away from me. But can certainly look at mega bus as it wouldnt take OH long to get her from london (i think thats where they stop?)
I hate ironing lol but seeing kids in creased up clothes does not rock my world lol :) they need to look cute. Funny thing is , i still iron as i go along with mine in the hope that i dont have to do it!:)
Cant believe OH came home in profit lol.. its so funny :-) hes had so much info pumped into him from me.. he popped to Tesco the other money to do a coupon shop on his own hehe.. his stories make me laugh.. he gets to the til and says to the checkout lady '' if you dont want to accept the vouchers then you can put it all back'' then i will come back later hehe... he's on a mission! He thinks like me now, being frugal will help us all the get to florida disney and have wonderful family times together.. without being in debt.

Thanks hun.. im sure i will be back to normal soon with the spending diary and forecasts x

If she's not with you by Sunday, then I'd like to offer her a lift from Cardiff to London as I'm there to see OH this weekend. Of course you don't need to accept as I am a stranger, and I listen to 80s music in my car. But I'd still like to offer :-)

This is the last trip before he goes to Canada, although he's going to his Mums for a week then getting the bus/train from Fishguard to me for a week. But he'll be back in 4 mnths so I'd be up for car sharing where possible then :) saves the pennies doesn't it.
I joined car share but too scared to actually go ahead with it, you just never know do you and even if I did it would only be with women as I don't want to get stuck on a motorway with some scary bloke that could overpower me and steal my keys and my lovely little car :(

aww yr always welcome.. in fact OH works alot so I end up going on my own with just the two little ones.. so there will be a front seat spare if you decide to go at the same time :-) I agree i wouldnt either, far to scary! and say they are weird and you cant chat lol.. could be the worst journey ever haha... my only downfall is a srvices stop for a costa coffee :-)

Congratulations :D I really need to enter more competitions, I get really slack on it. Do you do the google thing or do you methodically go through MSE?
I always service stop, normally for kfc which is worse than your costa, as it's such a loooooong and boring journey.
