Thanks girls xx not heard nothing on OH's work front hes talkin in his sleep bless him. Im gunna ring Acas a little later and get some good advice for him and hopefully locate some sort of union rep.
Just back from the hospital :-) have to go in this monday for 2 days to start me on steroids.. and a sliding scale for insulin will be on the labour ward . Then c-section is booked for the 16th but i go into hospital on the 15th..
Wow, we are so happy :-) nice to have this take our minds off things.

Ooh hope Acas can help him and offer some good advice.

My sisters baby was given the 'roids just before xmas in case he came early. She has a scan in half an hour to find out whether he's back to back, or breach =/ He did a big move the other day and the midwife couldn't tell which way round he is, little so n so!

Have you got everything ready for the little one now?

Good Morning :-) The phonecall recieved was for OH to go into a meeting on monday, but hes explained to his manager that i will be in hospital.. so manager thinking that wednesday may be the day. In the mean time.. ive sorted a C.V for OH and applied for 3 other jobs last night and one (a good one) this morning, that comes with sick pay, pension etc. which he currently does not get. I know we should think positive but i thought it would be a good idea to get other options set up just in case. Really is the good job came up.. he would consider taking it.. so who knows maybe all this stuff is supposed to be happening.
On a naughty front.. when me and OH get depressed we spend grrrr... weve had 2 McDonald meals.. what a waste of money! It was eat or cry lol.. so ive got to stop that and save funds. Off to citizen advice today.. feels good to just be doing something rather than mope around. xx

Very MSE, Im off to hospital today for the 2 days of steroids.. and il be eating free hospital food lol :-) and lots of cups if tea on the them hehe..
Im half asleep and really should be packing my bag.. I go in at 8am.
No news on OH's work.. think he may have a meeting on wednesday. After a long few days Ive written and typed out his statement.. so thats the worst part done also applied for 4 new jobs for him.
