That's an excellent price seeing as it's half board. The food there is very good.

This hotel isn't everyone's cup of tea however. We've been there and enjoyed it. It's a Thomson Gold hotel and the average age of the guests at this particular one is 60+ and seems to be more like an 'old friends club'.

There are photos on the wall in one of the lounges of people who have been back there FIFTY times :eek:

The doors to the pool are locked until 8.00am on the dot. At that time, you will find an orderly queue of people waiting to go and claim the sunbed they have used for the last 20 years. Don't even think about bagging a sunbed which has been 'claimed' by a regular on a previous day. It will be handbags at ten paces if you do!!!

Some of the cartoons drawn by guests about this hotel are on the wall as well - well worth a look as you will have a good laugh at them.

This is a young and lively property but being so early in the season it wouldnt be as bad as mid august and would probably suit groups of friends
